SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and addresses in all United States Territories.

US Orders - your online order will be processed within 1-2 business days, we thank you for your patience.

Shipping Location: Our shipping operations are based in New Jersey, and we use USPS services for all shipments.

Free Shipping: You'll receive free shipping on orders with a total of $49.99 or more. Orders below $49.99 will be billed $9.99 for standard shipping.

Delivery Time: Typically, you can anticipate your order to be delivered within 3-6 business days after it has been dispatched. When factoring in processing time, the total delivery window usually ranges from 4 to 9 business days from the moment you place your order.

*Alaska and Hawaii - We charge a $13 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders over $49. Orders below $49 will be charged a $23 flat rate. We thank you for understanding. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We apologize if your Lily & Edith products didn't meet your expectations. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your items. Provide your name, order number, product name(s), and reasons for your dissatisfaction, and we'll gladly process a full refund to your original payment method.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Applicable State and County taxes will be charged at checkout based on shipping address.
